Vehicle Appraisals:
We will fully inspect and photograph all components of your car, truck or motorcycle. We will then rate the condition and determine the value of your vehicle. All appraisals will include an (OPCF19A) "Agreed Value of Automobile Endorsement" required to establish an "Agreed Value Coverage" for your vehicle. The completed report and photographs will be submitted electronically to your insurance company and you will receive a hard copy report for your records. Third Party Appraisals:
If your vehicle was deemed a total loss by your insurance company and you are not satisfied with their offer, you have the right to obtain an independent, third party, certified appraisal to determine the actual cash value of your vehicle. A comprehensive report containing fair market comparables, dealer quotes and price guide findings will be prepared for you to submit to your insurance company. We will also negotiate the settlement in an arbitration case with your insurance company.
Diminished Value Appraisals: The Professional Association of Vehicle Evaluators industry recognized appraisers will provide you with a comprehensive and detailed report on the market related Diminished Value your vehicle has suffered as a result of an accident that was not your fault. Your report will breakdown each category in detail with a full explanation of the reason your vehicle has lost market value. This report will provide you with the documentation required to proceed with your diminished value claim. Valuation Appraisals:
For Bankruptcy, Divorces or Estate settlements, we can provide an independent, third party appraisal to help you establish the actual cash value of your auto, motorcycle, truck or RV.
Pre-Purchase Inspections:
Before you buy your next vehicle, have an independent inspection completed by Fastlane Appraisal Services. We will inspect and photograph all components of the vehicle. A full mechanical inspection should be done by a certified mechanic to identify any mechanical problems. We will then rate the vehicle and determine a fair value prior to your purchase.
Ownership Certificates:
We are authorized to make corrections to existing ownerships and prepare the affidavits needed for you to obtain a new ownership for a vehicle that has never been registered or the title has been lost.
